Today is not a good day for science, lovelies… I am not in a very good mood and the only thing that lifts my spirit is the fact that Christmas is only 20 days away… I cannot wait.
And because I know that I will not have the time or the disposition to prepare a lavish meal for each day of celebration, I thought I could share with you my go to solution for this kind of problems: I make cheese and charcuterie boards, pair them with light salads, nuts, pickles and good wine and all my guests are enchanted. Also, this is a lighter alternative to the traditional food we have in Romania for Christmas (but more on this in another post).
