I love making origami; I relax with each fold of the paper. The other day I stumbled upon this cute DIY project and I just knew this weekend will be full of paper cutting, folding and sticking. According to the instructions, each diamond takes around 2h to make (for an experienced DIY-er), so maybe you could start with an easier model. You can find more links and templates here.
