It’s time for another dessert: a delicious chocolate cake topped with coffee ice-cream. I chose this recipe for today because I really miss my mother’s coffee ice cream (she uses the same recipe) and the combination sounds and looks mouth-watering!
They are both, the ice cream and the cake, fairly easy to make and taste divine and are a little too sweet for a summer combination in my opinion, so this time of the year makes them perfect!
