Le Moulin Brégeon is a 19th century water-mill in the Loire Valley transformed into an elegant retreat. You can stay in one of the five luxury suites, beautifully appointed with the fine art and antique furniture of the country.
Besides just relaxing, you can enjoy cooking classes, learning the cuisine de terroir, explore the fine wine caves and vineyards of the Loire, discover hidden treasures in the local brocantes and antique shops. In the evenings, you can dine by candlelight next to a roaring fireplace during winter, or al fresco beneath the stars in summer. They serve gourmet French meals, created by their chef specifically for each of the guests, using vegetables from the mill’s organic gardens and game from local farms and streams.
