Project Fairytale: Top 10 Looks from the Spring 2015 Couture Shows

I love couture shows because, more than any other fashion show, they set the perfect ambiance for dreaming. The precious lace, exquisite embroidery, perfect tailoring and all the other precious details that are all part of each dress/outfit make them so spectacular even if they are of the utmost simplicity at first sight.

And all the looks I chose for this article are perfect fairytale material, fit for a queen (even an evil one), a princess or a fairy. I found it hard to choose, I loved a lot the Armani Privé, the Giambattista Valli, Elie Saab and Valentino shows and I will probably make separate posts for each collection I loved, with all my favourite pieces. But these are the ones I considered most striking, that stuck with me after reviewing all the looks, that I would see the heroine of my non-existent novel wearing (I do not plan to write a novel, but if I would, I am sure my heroine would be the most glamorous person in the whole world and would wear couture even for taking out the trash).
