My name designates, in the Romanian mythology, gentle nymphs or fairies that are immortal, beautiful, seductive, who sing and dance in a marvelous manner. They have long hair and wear loose silk or linen dresses, usually translucent or flimsy. They are invisible during daytime but they can be seen at nigh, at great risk for the observer.
