Seeing Dita von Teese in the first image from Alexis Mabille anniversary collection as a couturier was a little surprise for me. Then, I saw the rest of the images and understood that the whole collection represented a love letter for his muses, all great and gorgeous women like Leslie Caron, Bérénice Bejo, Audrey Marnay, and Mounia Orosemane. Every look was particular and dedicated to a certain ideal of beauty, but the collection kept its unity, the maximalist spirit that perfectly suits all these beautiful muses.
