I must confess, I am hooked. This fall I have developed a new favourite fruit obsession: plums. As they are, grilled, in tarts, cheesecakes and I even preserved some for winter. And this recipe sounds delicious, I mean, plums, cheese, almonds and ruccola? What’s not to love.
Roasted Plums Salad with Cheese:
9 small plums, halved, stone removed
1-2 tb.s. runny (flower) honey
1tb.s. rose vinegar or balsamic
2tb.s. olive oil
bunch of fresh ruccola
handful of almonds
app.50g sheep cheese
black pepper, salt
