I had to get out of the vicious circle that desserts created on this blog, and wanted to feature a gorgeous, salty and incredible course… and I found what I was looking for on Pinch of Yum. I really love soups, bisque and chowder for their luscious feel and the warmth they provide. For me a creamy soup is the ultimate comfort food and usually, if it involves fish or other seafood, I am double happy.
