I am not the greatest pizza fan which is probably a result of me convincing myself I really do not like pizza that much. It is obviously a lie, as each time I have great pizza I am reminded I actually love it. But this illusion works great for my figure, so I will continue to feed it for as long as I can. Unfortunately, when I see pizza recipes and photos that feature some of my fave ingredients (like spinach, basil and cheese in this particular case) I cannot live in the lie anymore and start fantasizing about the taste and texture of the food in question.

the picture looks beautiful and the pizza paddle adds to the rustic image of the pizza. thanks for sharing your recipe =] it sounds great
my father and i make homemade pizza from time to time together and it is not only fun but also better than ordering from a pizza joint because you can add whatever you would like and make it as packed or simple as you want.
i will definitely try out your recipe next time we make pizza
