When looking for a house I usually look at the potential not the current state. I know there are people who like to buy their home ready-made, if possible with the furniture already inside, but for me it would be something really difficult to accept. To live surrounded by things chosen by people I don’t even know, that has no meaning to me, it’s really hard for me. So I am not afraid of taking a project. And this is exactly what this couple did with the 1845 farmhouse they transformed into their home but managed to keep its spirit alive. I loved the rustic details and the kids bedrooms are just a dream.
