Summer is gone but we can still fool ourselves with summer on a plate: a delicious salad that can bring the air of sunny Greece in your dining room. And it’s really easy to make, looks perfect and I can bet it also smells in a divine manner. I know what I will make for breakfast on Saturday morning ^_^
Ingredients
400 g of different varieties of tomatoes
10 pitted kalamata olives
200g feta
8 slices of bread
1 clove garlic, peeled
3 tbsp. tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
For the mint oil
1 large bunch of mint
7 tablespoons. tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch of salt
