Oh, what an easy to make but spectacular treat: figs and pears and goat cheese are perfect together making for a light but savoury meal.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pie crust (store-bought is fine)
- 2 organic pears
- 5-6 fresh figs
- ½ cup got cheese
- ½ cup Gruyere
- 1 egg, whisked
- 2 tsp honey
- Black pepper
- Sea salt
- ¼ cup chopped pistachios
