20 minutes ago we were discussing in the office about baked brie or camembert with figs and honey and rosemary sprigs and I cam across this gorgeous recipe that adds a different twist to the classical one I always make. I considered it to be a sign and decided to share this with you. Doesn’t it look delicious?
INGREDIENTS
Serves: 6-8
- 4 tbsp fig jam or preserves, divided
- ⅓ cup dried mission figs, sliced
- ⅓ cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- ⅓ cup walnut hearts, roughly chopped
- A piece of French brie
