I admit, already thinking about Christmas and, one of the flavours I associate with my favourite holiday, are chocolate and mandarins. So the idea of dipping mandarin slices into dark chocolate and sprinkling salt flakes on them is the perfect comfort food for a fall weekend spent indoors.
