I was actually looking for a delicious recipe that would be easy to make and that could, at least for a while, cure my obsession with McDonald’s double caramel McSundae ice cream. And this recipe from Donna Hay sounds just perfect although it is not quite healthy (at least I will use ingredients I trust and I will make my own sauce instead of the industrial one. Plus, I can juggle with the sugar quantity in the pudding).
